The Kitchen Coaching Service assesses the foods in your refrigerator, freezer and cabinets to determine which items will help or hinder your health journey. A Soul Delights staff member will explain to you why items are good or bad for your health by educating you on the benefits and detriments of ingredients and what you can use instead. The coaching program includes an initial 30-minute Discovery Call to assess the client’s health needs and a one-hour kitchen assessment and revamping session.

The Kitchen Plus Coaching Service gives you the same services as The Kitchen
Coaching Service but also includes four 15-minute coaching calls.

If you have already assessed and revamped your kitchen items and now want to restock with nourishing foods, the Grocery Shopping Coaching Service is for you. This includes a 30-minute Discovery Call to assess your need for assistance and an hour grocery shopping assistance. Assistance includes a Soul Delights staff member accompanying you virtually to the grocery store to guide you on your purchases.

You get all of the services in the Grocery Shopping Coaching Service and four 15-minute coaching calls.

The Deluxe Coaching Service includes a 30-minute Discovery Call to assess the client's needs; an hour kitchen assessment and revamping; an hour grocery shopping assistance of a Soul Delights staff member accompanying you virtually to the grocery store to guide you on your purchases; and four, 15-minute coaching calls.

The Monthly Coaching Service is a monthly retainer option where you get assignments and weekly talks throughout the month to help you implement your personalized health plan. You also will receive coaching via email.

After receiving Soul Delights LLC consulting or coaching services, stay on track with your goals with four 15-minute sessions per month ($100 total). Make sure to choose a total of four recurring appointments.
